I am so ready for our annual family trip to the beach! We are leaving this weekend and we will get to enjoy the beautiful beach in Ocean Isle, North Carolina! My husband and I are excited to enjoy the beach this year with 5 of our 12 grandchildren. It has been a long winter and I am so ready to go put the sand in my toes and smell the salty air! I know not everybody enjoys the beach, I grew up in San Diego, so going to the beach is in my blood! Enough about me and our adventures this May…let me tell you what you came here to really here about!

April showers is such a perfect way to describe the weather here in beautiful Tennessee, which is where I am based out of. I always love when I hear that term, because it brings images of flowers blooming and everything starting new for springtime! It is hard to believe that March is already here. I must admit, I am ready for some springtime weather! In my part of the country (middle Tennessee) we have had some awful ice and snow storms that we aren’t generally used to having. At first I enjoyed the beautiful snow, but then it took out our power for over 24 hours a couple times and I was instantly over winter! I am ready to start planting my flowers and have some hot sunny days. I would love to hear from you and know what part of spring do you look forward to?
